Vincent Palmieri, Managing Director at Source Power Company has 24 years of diverse experience in the energy industry. He has designed, managed and led top-performing teams in banking, trading, Energy Service Company (“ESCO”) and utility environments covering both physical and financial markets in oil, natural gas and electricity. Vincent has successfully led organizations through start-up and growth modes while consistently meeting or surpassing shareholder expectations. He is an evangelist for the continued integration of renewable energy into our daily lives and a firm believer in an energy revolution where sustainability will drive markets.
Vincent has amassed and mastered a variety of skill sets and competencies, including critical thinking, project and change management, strategic and tactical analysis, risk assessment and operations best practices enabling him to lead effectively. Known as a motivational leader who drives and delivers measurable financial results, Vincent empowers his teams to succeed.
Prior to joining the Source Power leadership team, Vincent served as CEO of East Coast Power & Gas where he helped transform the single market family run business to a 15 market regional player with sales having grown 100% each year on revenues approaching $400 million. He was an advisor of corporate risk controls/market risk for Hess Corporation, an associate at Goldman Sachs, an associate director at Fortis Energy, a manager at PSEG Energy Resources & Trade LLC, and the supply coordinator for MX Energy. Vincent began his energy career as an operations analyst with AIG Energy Group, which later became Sempra Energy Trading.
Vincent holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Pace University. He has certifications in Process Improvement, Project Management, Leadership Essentials from Harvard Business Review and Mentorship. He received the 2015 Bronx Businessman of the Year award while at East Coast Power & Gas and the 2012 Project Management Award while with Hess Corporation. Vincent is an active mentor in his alma mater’s alumni give-back program. Vincent is a lifelong Mets, Jets and Rangers fan. He considers his greatest achievement a work in progress – raising his two school-aged children.
